Leo obtained his CPA membership prior to joining the SCS Group in 2012. Since August 2020, Leo has served as a director of SCS INVICTUS CPA LIMITED, a role in which he oversees strategic and operational aspects of the firm.

Leo specializes in assurance and tax services, providing expertise to a diverse client base spanning multiple industries. His experience covers education, trading, manufacturing, retailing, and securities firms, delivering tailored solutions that meet the complex regulatory and compliance requirements of these sectors. Leo’s commitment to high professional standards ensures that clients receive reliable support in navigating financial reporting and tax obligations within Hong Kong’s regulatory framework.

Florence Wong

Florence Wong obtained the bachelor degree of business administration in accounting in the year of 2006. Florence started her career in audit field since graduation and worked in medium size of local CPA firms and PKF Hong Kong. Florence obtained the membership of CPA (Practising) in Accounting Financial Reporting Council and membership of CPA in Hong Kong Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

Florence performed the audit for companies listed in the Hong Kong Main Board when she worked in PKF Hong Kong. Florence also performed the field audit in China and Macau. Florence has experience to handle group consolidation, questionnaires to the principal auditor of the listed companies, internal control review, tax planning and advisory to the clients, helping the clients to handle tax investigation by Hong Kong Tax authority.

In order to enhance the management skills and Borden the horizon, Florence took the master of business administration in the year of 2013 and graduated in the year of 2015 in City University of Hong Kong.

Florence joined SCS Group in the year of 2017 as an audit manager, and became the audit partner of SCS INVICTUS CPA LIMITED since August 2020.
